Return Policy

At LeoYangDiary, your satisfaction is my highest priority. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, I offer free returns within 15 days of delivery, with some exceptions such as apparel, digital products, and Web Creation service.

Physical Products

To initiate a return for physical products, please contact me at leoyangdiary@gmail.com. I will provide you with instructions on how to return your order. Please note that I do not accept returns for apparel and digital products. Once I receive your returned item, it will be inspected and you will be notified of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed.

Please be aware that I am not responsible for any shipping fees incurred for returning your item. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact me immediately and I will provide you with a replacement or refund.

Web Creation Service

Please note, my Web Creation service is non-refundable once I have commenced building your site. Commencement is defined as the completion of the “Website Pre-Build Survey” by the customer or when I have already purchased the necessary server or plugins for your website. However, during the period between your purchase and the completion of the survey, you may contact me for a refund should you change your mind.
