What is Trial Lesson?

Trial lesson are designed to help new students quickly understand the lesson format. They’re offered at a discounted rate, and each new user can access one trial lesson to get familiar with the teaching style.

What is a lesson package?

A lesson package is a convenient, discounted option for booking multiple sessions at once. When purchasing a package of 10 lessons, you receive a 15% discount. Lesson packages are valid for six months, and at least one lesson date and time must be selected upon scheduling. You can manage, reschedule, or cancel lessons up to 12 hours in advance via the “My Bookings” page.

Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel lessons on 'Bookings' page, but it must be done at least 12 hours in advance. Missed lessons are non-refundable. If you cancel a lesson that was booked as part of a package, the lesson will be returned to your package, giving you the flexibility to reschedule at a later date.

What device/software do I need to take classes?

You’ll need a device with a camera, and a microphone for the best experience. Classes may be conducted on platforms like Zoom, Skype, or WeChat, depending on the teacher’s preference.
