The shipping was amazing because I purchase it on 11/25 ish and it came in 12/3. The only downside was that it was sent to my neighbors house. The product is exactly as described it was just the shipping company that messed up. The styrofoam it came in had me a little worried about the product but everything came intact.

This pot is such a delight. Looks exactly like the picture and does what it says. On first use the valve does leak a bit but it goes away as the valve softens a bit. Super fast delivery. Absolutely in love with this, it’s making my tea times extra special.
