The main elephant is too light. When I put both little ones on it, the whole figure tilts and falls off the bookshelf. Besides, it is not easy to put the second small one on the other so that it looks good (or half as good as in the picture you show). I will have to put some sort of weight on the big one so it will stay in place. What I fail to understand is, that some people complain about the size being too small. After all it is mentioned in the add and everyone ownes a scale, right?
